Sessions are scheduled after school, in the evenings, and on weekends to accommodate student schedules. Our standard operating hours are Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Sessions can be scheduled easily through our online booking portal. Once you're a client, you'll get access to view our tutors' availability and book, reschedule, or cancel sessions directly.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. This policy respects our tutors' time and allows us to offer the slot to another student.

Payment is processed upfront on a monthly basis for recurring sessions, or as a package for exam prep courses. We accept secure electronic bank transfers (EFT) and credit/debit card payments. Invoices are sent at the end of the month for the upcoming month.

The student-tutor relationship is key to success. If the match isn't perfect, please let us know immediately. We will find a new tutor for you at no extra cost, ensuring your child is comfortable and motivated.
